All Gypsy Handmade pieces are unique, with the possibility of slight imperfections due to their handmade nature. We offer a 100% refund for any request to return within 7 days of receipt. Defective items may be returned at any time for a full refund.

To return an item for a refund, please print the Request to Return Form and include it in your package.

NOTE: We will cover all costs for any returned items, so you can purchase knowing that if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item risk-free at no additional cost to you. However, please keep your tracking information as Gypsy Handmade is not responsible for lost or missing shipments.

Upon receipt of the returned jewelry in good condition we will credit the credit card used for the original transaction.
